George Morrison, III (1955 - 2011)
Mr. Morrison dedicated his entire career to representing injured individuals in their pursuit of the benefits they deserve. He practiced in all areas of personal injury law, including, automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, railroad injuries and riverboat injuries.
Mr. Morrison was a graduate of Vanderbilt University and Memphis State University Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. He was a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, and was a past Hearing Committee Member for the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.
Mr. Morrison was admitted to practice in all Tennessee state and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Spencer R. Barnes
A graduate of the University of Memphis Cecil Humphreys School of Law, Mr. Barnes practices in all areas of personal injury law, including, automobile accidents, slip and fall accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, railroad and riverboat injuries and social security disability.
While in law school, Mr. Barnes received various CALI awards for excellence in the future. He is past president of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, and currently serves as a board member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Howell Edmunds Jackson American Inns of Court.
Mr. Barnes is currently admitted to practice in all Tennessee state and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
